Manufacturing and creating any products take quite a bit of materials and energy and also leads to industrial waste that result in harmful effects on environment. It is important that companies need to take care of their waste with proper waste management and also to cut down the waste generation.

Understanding the importance and criticality of managing the waste, Government introduced Environmental Protection Acts and Pollution control Boards. All industries are now fully aware of the impact of waste they generate on Environment but not always aware of the remedies available in hand to reduce the waste and handle the same.

Steel Plants while doing pickling in cold rolling mills generate acidic effluents that need further treatment. But, even treated effluent from convectional Effluent treatment plant (ETP) has potential hazards to the environment as it contaminates the water bodies and soils resulting in unrecoverable damages to both land and water.

This becomes a perennial problem for Government Pollution Boards, Industries and the people living around the industry. Thus there is need for a better treatment technology.

To overcome the above challenge and to meet the Global pollution standard we can provide our well establish technology “Acid Regeneration Process” through which all waste generated by pickling line can be processed to reach acceptable pollution norms.

This process complies with Zero discharge concept and is most favored pollution abetment technology.
